The Park Trail Townhome Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation charged with promoting the recreation, health, safety, welfare, benefit and enjoyment by homeowners within the community.
Park Trail was built by Venture Homes. We are located in Marietta, which is situated in central Cobb County and is one of the Atlanta metropolitan area’s largest suburbs. Here you will find the values and roots of a small town only minutes from the sizzle of the big city. It is the best of both worlds.
Nestled near Silver Comet Trail with easy access to major highways, Park Trail is comprised of 77 townhomes and considered a gem in Cobb County. Started in 2007, Park Trail subdivision was completed in 2015. The charm and tranquility of our neighborhood provides a retreat from the bustling sounds of the city.
