Park Trail Incident Report Form

Residents report suspicious activity and crimes on this form. Submit the incident report to safety.parktrail@gmail.com where it will be disseminated thru the committee coordinator to the appropriate block captain(s). Additionally, the Neighborhood Watch program will report all information to the Board of Directors, and, if necessary, will reach out to Cobb Police (Precinct Two) if a pattern of crime is determined to be occurring in the complex. And, if so, the reports will be sent direct to the Cobb Police Precinct Captain.

Incident reports generate a paper trail for the complex so we can keep track of safety concerns, and it helps us all to participate in maintaining the safety of our neighborhood.

Cobb County Code Enforcement Ordinance

This division is responsible for enforcing the Cobb County Zoning Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, House Moving Ordinance, and Solid Waste Ordinance. Code Enforcement also assists the Planning and Zoning Divisions with zoning issues, as well as the Development and Inspections Division with enforcement.

For everyone’s safety, all animals are required to be on a leash and under the physical control of a responsible person at all times when outside unless contained by a fence. Pet owners are responsible for collecting waste and disposing of it properly. To report violations, please contact the telephone number below or submit an online complaint.
