Beginning in January 2021, your HOA fees will be increased from $80.00 a month to $100.00 a month. The increase in fees is due to increased operating expenses for the Park Brooke Community.  Please refer to the 2021 budget below.

For everyone's safety, all animals, must be kept on a leash and be under the physical control of a responsible person a all times while outdoors. Further, to keep our grounds clean and presentable, it's important that owner's clean up after their pets. Pet owners are responsible for collecting waste and disposing of it properly. To assist with this effort, we will be placing 4 Pet Stations strategically around the complex where owners can conveniently extract plastic waste bags.  We need volunteers to keep the plastic bags stocked in the posts.  To assist with this effort, please send your  name and contact information to bod.parktrail@gmail.com.
